Michelle Wade, Physician Assistant
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience in pediatric primary care to families in the community. She completed a Pediatric Physician Assistant Residency Program at Yale University/Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut, and then spent more than 20 years caring for children and families at a pediatric primary care office in Fort Washington, a Philadelphia suburb, before relocating to Ponte Vedra in 2020 with her family.
Michelle and her husband have two daughters, one of whom recently started college. At home, they share their life with three dogs, Jack, Scout, and Bailey. Michelle has a deep love for animals of all kinds. When she’s not at work, she can usually be found outside, whether at the beach, on the water, or simply enjoying the outdoors. She is also passionate about physical fitness and nutrition, and she brings that same focus on whole-person wellness to her approach with patients.
What Michelle loves most about pediatrics is watching children explore, grow, and become who they’re meant to be, while helping parents navigate the journey of parenthood along the way.
