We know busy parents are short on time, so we’ve added another team member – meet Maya! Maya is always available – no long hold times, and she can help you with many things like booking or changing appointments, practice information, and more. You guessed it: Maya is our virtual assistant, and you can speak to her plainly as you would anyone else on our team.
Not to worry, we are still here to help. Maya takes care of the basics, so our team can spend more time with our patient families in the practice and over the phone when you have more complex questions. At any time, you can ask Maya to connect you to someone on the team.
