Dr. Tayina Gilles

Dr. Tayina Gilles is a general pediatrician who combines evidence-based care with a warm, down-to-earth approach. A proud South Florida native, she earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Gilles is passionate about supporting families through every stage of childhood-from those first wobbly steps to the teen years and beyond. She strives to make each visit a space where children feel safe, understood, and empowered (bonus points if there’s a laugh or two along the way).

Outside the exam room, she enjoys longboarding, traveling, and spending time with her family and her beloved chihuahua. Whether she’s helping a toddler through their first vaccine or guiding a parent through a tough moment, Dr. Gilles values building meaningful relationships that grow right alongside her patients.
