Dr. Reddy’s commitment to pediatric care is deeply rooted in her belief that every child deserves compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized attention. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Reddy was the founder and CEO of Rainbow Pediatric Center. Over the years, she developed the organization into a thriving group of practices, building relationships and treating children and their families with honesty, trust, and care. Through practical experience and continued learning and research, Dr. Reddy has developed pioneering pediatric medical programs in areas such as asthma care, telemedicine, lactation support, and behavioral health.
As a passionate advocate for a holistic approach to child development, Dr. Reddy founded Growing Minds, a program dedicated to providing parents, educators, and communities with evidence-based tools to foster emotional well-being in children. She believes that resilience and mental wellness are key to empowering the next generation to thrive, both emotionally and physically.
Beyond the office, Dr. Reddy enjoys reading, painting, playing tennis, and traveling with her family. Her travels often include giving back to the global community and providing medical services in areas of great need. Known for her goofy, honest, and caring nature, Dr. Reddy is dedicated to building healthier futures for children by integrating mental health with primary care.
