About the Role
The VP of Finance is a critical financial leadership pipeline role. This role manages the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department to ensure that it is providing effective and efficient service.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will demonstrate understanding of application of healthcare finance to impact clinical and financial results
You will execute Pediatrica Health Group’s capital asset management process
You will establish expertise in productivity, staffing and scheduling
You will demonstrate competence in healthcare accounting, internal control environment and compliance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or other related area required
Master’s degree in related field preferred
Minimum of five years in finance/accounting or public accounting/audit experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Previous supervisory experience preferred
CPA preferred
