Dr. Nayade Sizemore is more than just a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner—she’s a caring advocate, a lifelong learner, and a friendly face in pediatric healthcare. Nayade connects with families from all walks of life, making every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for.

When it comes to her patients, Nayade’s philosophy is simple: compassion first, always. She believes great healthcare is a team effort, working hand-in-hand with families to create lasting, positive health outcomes. Her passion for pediatrics comes from a genuine love of helping kids grow up strong, healthy, and happy—while also championing prevention and safety along the way.

Outside the clinic, Nayade loves embracing life’s little joys. You’ll often find her soaking up sunshine at the beach, reading a good book, riding bikes around the neighborhood, or exploring the Jacksonville Zoo with her husband and two daughters. Deeply proud of her Cuban roots, she finds happiness in dancing, singing karaoke with her family and savoring the flavorful dishes of her heritage.
