Olivia Carlson

Leading Pediatrica’s business development team, Olivia enjoys building relationships with mission-driven pediatricians and practice owners. She brings expertise from her time at M33 Growth, where she supported multi-site healthcare organizations and healthcare technology companies to scale their models. Additionally, Olivia has the insight and experience to relate to providers, having begun her career as a certified nursing assistant, providing care to elderly and terminally ill clients. She later transitioned into strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon, advising health systems on service line growth, geographic expansion, and network optimization before joining M33.

A Williams College graduate with a B.A. in Psychology, Olivia conducted neuroscience research on child development and played on the women’s basketball team during her time there. Outside of work, she enjoys distance running, skiing, and trying new restaurants.
