Stress is an unavoidable part of life. Healthy stressors help us build help to grow and develop in new ways – building and resilience. Toxic stress can lead to mental health concerns and ultimately affect physical health, too.

Facilitated by child and adolescent psychologist Edward C. Taylor, PhD, in this workshop, parents and caregivers will learn skills and resources to help children develop resiliency and healthy coping tools.

For parents and caregivers of children aged 6 and up. No children at the workshop.
