Dr. Adilia Florentina Taylor

Dr. Adilia Florentina Taylor is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of childhood diseases.  As the mother of two, she can relate to the concerns of raising a family and enjoys counselling expectant mothers and new parents.  

Among her many accomplishments, Dr. Taylor is a distinguished researcher and co-author of numerous scientific articles on cardiopulmonary studies, and she is a key contributor to the development of a specialized ventilator for premature newborns.  Currently, she has a particular interest and focus on the prevention of asthma and obesity in children and adolescents.

Dedicated to supporting healthy children and families, Dr. Taylor is active in the community, serving as a board member of the Healthy Start Coalition (of Manatee County) and the American Red Cross (Manatee Chapter). We are glad to have Dr. Taylor’s expertise and innovative skills on our team.
