Gates brings expertise from her time at M33 Growth, where she supported multi-site healthcare organizations and healthcare technology companies to scale their models. Additionally, Gates has the insight and experience to relate to providers, having begun her career as an emergency medical technician, responding to emergencies and providing critical care to patients in need.
A Williams College graduate with a B.A. in Biology and Political Science, Gates led an organization dedicated to expanding access to women’s healthcare in the community and played on the field hockey team during her time there. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
